CombreaxorⓇ

CombreaxorⓇ

Exhalation passes through the mouthpiece, generating a laminar flow as it passes through the primary chamber and turbulence as it passes through the 2nd chamber.

The airflow rotates the rotary wing installed in the 2nd chamber, and the rotary wing opens the valve in the 3rd chamber to pass through as a turbulent flow. The opened valve is closed by the magnetic field.

Vibration waves and PEP (Positive Respiratory Pressure) are generated through this repeated process.

The amplitude of PEP (Positive Respiratory Pressure) and the frequency of the vibration wave are controlled to 2~4 Hz by the size of the hole in the secondary chamber and the number of rotor wings.

Photoplethysmography (PPG) is attached to enable observation of oxygen saturation and pulse rate (an important indicator as a vital signal) while using combreaxor®.
In addition, an aerosol drug injector is attached for the treatment of chronic rhinitis and the prevention and treatment of pneumonia.
